The La Sportiva Boulder X Red is a high-performance approach shoe engineered for technical trails and via ferrata. Its leather upper, reinforced with a full rubber rand, offers excellent durability and protection against abrasion and rock impact. The Vibram IdroGrip outsole, equipped with the Impact Brake System and a climbing zone at the toe, ensures superb traction both uphill and during descents — particularly beneficial on wet or slippery rock. The mesh backing in the heel and tongue enhances breathability and comfort. At approximately 490 g per half pair, it offers a well-balanced weight for an approach shoe. The asymmetric Mythos-inspired lacing system allows fine volume adjustment. Ideal for transitions between hiking and climbing terrain.
